Service Description
At K9 Kidz & Katz, we take the stress and anxiety out of pet boarding with in-home visits tailored for your furry companions. By choosing our services, your pets will remain in their familiar environment, ensuring they receive all the love and attention they need while avoiding the risks of kennels. Enjoy your travels knowing your pet is safe, happy, and cared for at home. Start price includes maximum 3 pets. This service includes: Feeding and replenishing of water Administering medication if required at no extra charge A dog walk can be factored into this duration at no extra charge Pet waste removal from yard and/or kitty litter clean Water plants Collect mail Bringing bins in/out Regular updates and of course play time & cuddles...
Cancellation Policy
Payment schedule: Bookings made within 30days or less, full payment is required 7days prior to service or booking will be auto cancelled. For bookings that total $200 or under: Bookings made outside 31 days or more, a $50 deposit is required within 14 days of booking being made and final payment is due 7 days prior to service. For bookings that total $201 or over: A $100 deposit is required within 14 days of booking being made and final payment is due 7 days prior to service. Cancellation Policy: Home Visits: Bookings are fully refundable outside 7 days prior to service with the exception of transaction fees. Within 7 days prior to service a one day cancellation fee applies plus transaction fees. Once a booking has commenced there is no refund for unused services. Amendments: No cancellation charges apply if amended outside 7 days prior to service. Dog Walks: 100% fully refundable less transaction fees.
